DELIVERY

WITHIN SWEDEN

 
We are shipping your orders with PostNord. Estimated delivery time within Sweden is normally between 2-5 working days.  Standard shipping is 59 SEK – free shipping within Sweden for purchases over 800 SEK.
 
OmniaLuxe AB is not responsible for any transport damages that occurs during delivery, but we will report and leave a claim to our carrier. Contact us at order@omnialuxe.se   

OUTSIDE OF SWEDEN

For deliveries outside of Sweden, there is always a weight-based shipping cost added. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and can take up to 14 days to be delivered. For deliveries outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duty are up to you to pay. For deliveries to Norway, no customs fee is added.

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

We reserve the right to charge the shipping and administration costs for packages that have not been collected. If the package is returned to us and you want it shipped out to you again, a new shipping cost will be added.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. In order for your return to be accepted, the following is required:

  • The product must be completely unused and in perfect condition.
  • The complete original packaging is returned in its entirety and must be undamaged and unbroken.
  • Receipt or invoice must be presented.
  • Enter the reason for the return.
  • When the item is received by us and the return is approved, we will credit/refund you. In the event of a replacement, you as the customer are responsible for the new shipping cost.
  • As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs if you wish to cancel your purchase or ordered the wrong item and/or wish to exchange it. 
REMEMBER that you as the customer are responsible for the condition of the item upon return, so make sure to pack the product carefully (preferably in the original packaging in which you received the order) before returning to protect against transport damage. Send the item trackable (not registered).
 

RECLAIMS

In the event of a possible fault or complaint, contact us within 5 days after the fault has been discovered and state where the fault lies. Send an email to order@omnialuxe.se and describe what is wrong. Please attach a picture or a video of the damage/defect and we will ensure that you are replaced with a new or equivalent item. Please include the order number in your email.
